About/Contact Info

My name is Grey. I’m in my second year as a Tigers season ticket holder and my 21st year as a fanatic. I am also a fan of the Red Wings, and live the currently sad existence of Pistons and Lions fandom as well. Raised a Michigan State fan, but current student at Oakland University who would much rather see the mid-major win any day of the week. I’m bitter. I dislike the Minnesota Twins, mostly out of said bitterness. I am an apologist for mediocre pitchers and am still making excuses for Scott Kazmir’s fall from grace. I am unexplainably a fan of Josh Beckett. I would rather watch a 2-1 pitcher’s duel instead of a 10-9 slugfest almost any day of the week (unless the 10-9 slugfest is a bizarro seesaw game like this one). Much like Dave Dombrowski, I love flamethrowing young arms. Most of my favorite players are pitchers. Joel Zumaya is my favorite player. I lament the fact that I was born too late to watch Jack Morris pitch.

If you wish to contact me, Twitter is probably the best way to ensure a quick response, be it via DM or a tweet. If you’re not on Twitter (what’s wrong with you?!!) or you need to contact me with something that will require more than 140 characters, I can be reached via email at hurricanedude96@aol.com. I will try and answer ASAP, unless you laugh at me for still using AOL, even though I deserve it.

Hey, just surfing and found this firegeraldlaird site(never cared much for that lard-ass)…thinking somebody is ranting about that paycheck or once a week player(if can?) Your typical Brandon Inge player. Great on defence, hardly any offence. Anyways…I was searching for the real reason(s) on web, why Will Rhymes got let go. So here I am and getting ready to read some of your older posts. Great job on Alby
